==================================

How should you, the members of this church, view the prophecies of Prophets Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj and Vincent Selkvakumar? Did they, in fact, prophesied accurately the calamitous events that have taken place in our country? Please Read, analyze and post your questions.

REVIEW:
In our previous postings, we have noticed a consistent failure of the prophecy in the area of accuracy. Please bear in mind that a prophetic message is supposed to be the message of God and not of any man. As such, a prophecy of this kind is guaranteed to be one hundred percent accurate in all aspects. In the caser of the prophetic messages discussed here, we noticed inaccuracies in technical labeling, geographic information, identification of affected areas, dates or periods as well as degree of damage. We have also noticed a disturbing implication that the Omniscient may not be Omniscient after all.

CONTINUING THE TEST OF ACCURACY

Deuteronomy 18:20 But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded him to say, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, must be put to death." 21 You may say to yourselves, "How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?" 22 If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him. NIV

TEST: ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

First claim to be tested:

Prophetic declaration: ““The Lord says there is a place called PANGASINAN. The Lord says it is in the northernmost part in your land.”

Geographic Fact: Pangasinan is not in the northernmost part of the Philippines.
A. Contrary to the prophetic declaration, Pangasinan is Southwest of Tuguegarao City. It being on the southwest of another place in the Philippines, it cannot be found in the northernmost part in the Philippines.

B. Contrary to the prophetic declaration, the northernmost part of the Philippines is not Pangasinan but the province of Batanes and the northernmost island in Batanes is Mavudis, the true northernmost place in the Philippines.

This the PANGASINAN CHALLENGE. Let the followers of the prophetic movement explain this.

Second Claim to be tested:

Prophetic declaration: “typhoon will specifically destroy Tagum city”.

Prophetic declaration: “ the destruction will be so great that the whole world will talk about that”.

Prophetic declaration: “the devastation will be so terrible, so great.”

Prophetic declaration: “The winds would come, huge typhoon, miles wide and miles high and would come with such force that would rip apart everything on the ground in the air..”

Prediction versus actual occurrence:
A. Contrary to the prophetic declaration, Tagum was not destroyed.

B. Contrary to the prophetic declaration, there was not great destruction in Tagum and the world did not talk about it. The people talked about the unselfish role that Tagum performed in favor of the victims of the typhoon.

C. Contrary to the prophetic declaration, no great devastation, no terrible devastation took place in Tagum. Clearly you will see that the prophecy about Tagum was a great mistake and a terrible error.

D. Contrary to the prophetic declaration, the winds did not rip apart everything. Nothing of the sort happened. Some neighboring places were damaged badly but not Tagum City. It in fact became the haven for the victims of the typhoon

This the TAGUM CHALLENGE. Let the followers of the prophetic movement explain this.

Third claim to be tested:

Prophetic declaration: “There is a smell of waters in many places in your land. Many people will be drowned. Maybe you have faced many times such dangers, but these coming dangers will be great in the eyes of the world.”

Prophetic declaration: “ Then the foundations will be shaken; many people will die. It will be a big lesson and a fear to the rest of the world. A huge number of people will be scattered. You may have to depend on the nations of the world to help you.”

Prediction compared with the character of God.
1. Contrary to the prophetic declaration that “ Maybe you have faced many times such dangers…” the true God does not operate on the maybe on the truly, truly level. He knows past, present and future.

2. Contrary to the prophetic declaration that “ You may have to depend on the nations of the world to help you” the true God does not operate on the “may have to” but on the level of absolute certainty.

THIS IS THE DEITY CHALLENGE. Who is the supernatural being who gives seemingly partial and inaccurate information?
